Welcome to the Timberscapes Estimating System
Reduce drive time for quotes by collecting detailed tree information from homeowners up front. Use industry-standard pricing bands (Ontario-informed) that you can later replace with Timberscapes-specific rates.
For customers: Submit a free quote request with address, tree details, and photos notes.
For staff: Review requests, refine tree data, generate professional quotes, and track status.
Why this helps
- Customers describe trees (species, approximate height/DBH, location, access issues)
- Photos and notes reduce or eliminate many site visits for straightforward jobs
- Pricing engine applies size bands + access, crane, hazard, and condition multipliers
- Professional branded quotes ready to send
- All rates are editable templates for later customization
